How to choose your belt size
Sergio Belotti sizes describe the full leather strap length, excluding the buckle. They are not waist measurements or distances to the middle hole. A measurement is more useful than your usual trouser size.

Measure a belt that fits
Lay your belt flat and measure the entire leather strap, from its attachment at the buckle to the tip. Exclude the buckle. Compare this with the full strap length on the product page. If your old belt has a size printed on it, check what that number represents: brands use different sizing conventions.
Measure through your belt loops
Put on the trousers you plan to wear and pass a tape measure through the belt loops without pulling it tight. Add 15 cm as an initial length guide. A 98 cm measurement, for example, gives a starting point of 113 cm. This is an estimate, not a guarantee of identical fit across styles: the buckle and hole positions also matter.
Understand length ranges
A label such as 110–125 cm describes the leather strap length, not a waist range. The Russian clothing size shown alongside it is an additional reference from that particular model’s size chart. It does not replace measuring. If you need an exact strap length or fall between sizes, confirm the specific item’s measurement on your chosen marketplace before ordering.
Check the style before ordering
A classic buckle adjusts using holes; an automatic buckle adjusts in small steps, while a clamp buckle allows continuous adjustment. Whether the belt can be shortened depends on how the buckle attaches to the strap. Open your preferred colour, check its size chart and use Find your size.
