Who is responsible for your data
Individual Entrepreneur Pavel Vsevolodovich Kotenko, taxpayer identification number (INN) 770474818367, state registration number (OGRNIP) 317774600024462 is the personal data controller for visitors to these websites. For questions about processing, access to information, correction or deletion of your data, or withdrawal of consent, email remni@belotti.ru. This policy applies to website visitors and people who contact the controller by email.
Website operation and security
When a page loads, the server receives the IP address, request date and time, page address, browser and device information, referral source and technical errors. This information is needed to deliver pages, resolve faults and protect the website. The basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in operating and securing the website while respecting visitors’ rights (Article 6, Part 1, Clause 7 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data). Processing is automated and access to logs is restricted. Logs are regularly rotated and deleted when no longer needed for these purposes, except for information required to investigate a specific incident or fulfil a legal obligation.
Measurements and browser preferences
Your selected language, measurement method and saved measurement are stored locally in your browser so you do not have to enter them again. The measurement itself is not sent to the website server. Choosing “Reset measurement” in the size finder or next to a saved measurement removes it from this browser and clears the recommendations. You can also delete local preferences using your browser settings. These preferences are not synchronised between your devices.
Aggregate website statistics
Independently of consent to Yandex Metrica, this website maintains its own totals for pageviews, source categories, entry pages, active viewing time and marketplace clicks. Pageviews are not linked using cookies, browser storage, visitor identifiers or fingerprints. Additional totals cover broad device, browser and operating-system categories and the hour of receipt in Moscow time, without exact browser versions or device models. The statistics store receives no IP addresses, full referring URLs, URL parameters or form contents. Only known pages, source categories and numeric metrics are sent and immediately added to daily totals. No individual browsing history is stored. Depth covers navigation within an open document; departure signals are incomplete. Totals remain on our server for 13 months. To protect these counters from automated requests, the server checks known robot signatures and limits request frequency. IP addresses and User-Agent strings are transformed using HMAC with a secret key: temporary hashes and frequency counts remain only in memory for up to 10 minutes, then the key and hashes are replaced. They are not stored in the database or used to link browsing histories. Reports contain only totals of excluded batches. Raw IP addresses and User-Agent strings are not written to the statistics store. Technical processing of network requests is described separately.
Yandex Metrica is your choice
Selecting “Allow analytics” enables Yandex Metrica with Session Replay: counter 48738296 on sergiobelotti.ru and counter 112859677 on sergiobelotti.com. The purpose is to understand which pages are useful and where visitors encounter difficulties. The service processes IP addresses, browser identifiers and cookies, device information, referral sources, pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and interface interactions. A marketplace click event may include the product reference, colour, product size and page language; it does not mean a purchase has taken place. Your personal measurement is excluded from analytics events, and the size finder is hidden from Session Replay recordings. Data is transferred to Yandex Metrica, provided by YANDEX LLC, for this purpose. The basis is the visitor’s separate consent (Article 6, Part 1, Clause 1 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
Retention and changing your choice
Your analytics preference is stored in your browser for 180 days. The counter does not load before consent or if you decline. You can open “Analytics settings” in the footer and select “Without Metrica” to withdraw consent and stop further collection by Yandex Metrica. This button does not automatically delete previously collected data; you can ask the controller to delete it. Session Replay recordings are stored by the service for 15 days. Analytics cookies have different lifetimes, including up to one year. You can delete cookies in your browser settings. Personal data is processed until the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless the law provides a different period or basis. When processing ends, data is deleted within the statutory period, generally no later than 30 days. Anonymised statistics that cannot identify a person may be retained afterwards.
Email enquiries
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if provided, your message and any attachments. We use these to respond and resolve your enquiry, not for promotional mailings. The basis is handling an enquiry you initiate and, where applicable, fulfilling the controller’s legal obligations. Please do not send unnecessary information, payment details or documents. Correspondence is retained until the enquiry and related legal requirements have been resolved, then deleted unless another legal basis for retention applies.
Protection and recipients of data
The connection to the website is protected by HTTPS. Access to technical data is provided only for operating and protecting the website. Service providers may be engaged for hosting, email and analytics, subject to legal requirements for data transfer and processing. Data is not published or sold. Disclosure to public authorities may occur where required by law. Orders are placed on the selected marketplace; its own documents govern data processing on that platform.
Your rights
You may find out what data is processed about you, obtain access to it, request correction, restriction or deletion where there are legal grounds, withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Email remni@belotti.ru with your request and information that helps identify the relevant data. If necessary, the controller will ask for confirmation that the request concerns your own data. Information about processing is provided within 10 working days; where the law allows, this period may be extended by up to 5 working days with an explanation. Declining analytics does not restrict access to the catalogue, instructions or size finder.
